Schut van de Ven have extremely broad experience covering all aspects of corporate law. The firm's partners ans senior-associates regularly assist their clients with a wide variety of corporate transactions including, amongst others, private equity transactions, restructurings and corporate law matters within the social service sector. In addition they often act for innovative and new start-up enterprises.

The firm does, of course, also take care of all the notarial aspects of their clients' business managing mergers, divisions, incorporations and amendments to the articles of association of companies, take-overs and the issue and distribution of shares.

Schut van de Ven regularly advises on a wide variety of corporate law topics including corporate governance, the Dutch statutory structure regime, share-holder rights and capital-protection. This means that in addition to specific notarial duties, our partners are actively engaged in wider legal issues and have a broad, corporate outlook which provides the foundation for a much longer and stronger relationship with our clients.
